Warranty for Individuals

Legal Warranty

Dear customer! Company “Alvo” thanks you for your choice.

We strive to meet your expectations and offer the latest technologies in accordance with international standards.

Consumer Rights:

  • If the product is defective, the consumer has the right to request defect removal (free repair, replacement, or price reduction) or withdraw from the contract.
  • Repair or replacement is the primary right, except when it is impossible or requires disproportionate costs.
  • The product must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
  • Free repair or replacement includes all necessary costs (including shipping, labor, and materials).

The consumer may request a price reduction or terminate the contract if:

  • Repair or replacement is impossible;
  • The trader fails to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time;
  • The repair or replacement causes significant inconvenience to the consumer;

The consumer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the defect is minor.

The consumer may exercise these rights if the defect is discovered within 2 years from delivery.

Burden of Proof

  • If the defect is discovered within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (burden of proof lies with the seller);
  • After 6 months, the burden of proof lies with the consumer;

Repair Timeframes:

  • If parts are available locally – up to 10 working days;
  • If parts must be ordered from abroad – up to 30 working days;

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • The warranty period has expired;
  • No proof of purchase is provided;
  • The serial number is damaged or unreadable;
  • Mechanical damage;
  • Commercial use of the product;
  • Seal damage;
  • Improper use or storage;
  • Viruses or unlicensed software;
  • Electrical issues or voltage fluctuations;
  • Unauthorized repair attempts;

Commercial Warranty

If the manufacturer’s warranty exceeds 2 years, after 2 years only the commercial warranty applies.

  • Repair is carried out within 30 working days;
  • If repair is impossible – the product will be replaced or refunded;
  • Only the defective item is replaced (not accessories);

The commercial warranty applies within the territory of Georgia.


Warranty Service Information

  • Repairs are carried out in authorized service centers;
  • Warranty card and proof of purchase are required;
  • For large appliances, contact the service center for instructions;

Important Notes:

  • False service calls are chargeable;
  • The consumer is responsible for protecting the product from damage;
  • If the product is not provided for diagnostics, service cannot be performed;

Warranty for Organizations

Legal Entities

Products purchased from “Alvo” are covered by a warranty of up to 1 year unless otherwise agreed.

Batteries and chargers: warranty period is half of the main warranty.

Warranty Service:

  • Covers technical (non-software) defects;
  • Provided through authorized service centers;

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Software-related issues;
  • Physical damage;
  • Improper use;
  • Non-standard voltage damage;
  • Unauthorized service or repair;

Accessories and consumables are not covered by warranty.

The company is not responsible for issues caused by unlicensed software.

The consumer is responsible for protecting the product from damage.
