Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
When purchasing an item through the online store of “Alvo” LLC, the delivery of the item to the customer is carried out in accordance with these rules.
2. Your obligations when delivering the item(s) to you
The customer is obliged to:
• Not accept a shipment delivered with damaged packaging and immediately notify “Alvo” LLC of this fact.
• Open the shipment before handing it over;
• Make sure of the presence or absence of visual defects;
• Check the quantity of items before handing over the shipment;
In the event that the item or its packaging is damaged, the items are less than ordered or the shipment does not correspond to the order placed by the customer, the customer must not accept the item and immediately report the following to the following email address: To the e-mail: orders@alvo.ge or contact the Information Center at the following phone numbers: +995 32 2 33 30 30.
Please note that in case of violation of the above obligations, “Alvo” LLC shall not be liable for any visual defects or quantity of items.
3. Delivery prices and period
The delivery period is 1-7 business days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery period may be extended, about which the Information Center will immediately inform you. In case you do not agree to the additional terms of delivery of the item, the order will be canceled and the amount you paid will be refunded no later than 5 business days. The delivery price is determined by the purchase volume.
After the sale of the item, the information center of “Alvo” LLC contacts the customer and an agreement is made on the delivery date. If the customer does not/could not deliver the delivered goods, repeated delivery is subject to an additional fee and is determined based on the delivery address and dimensions of the item.
In the event that you have not received the item/items after the delivery date has been scheduled by the information center of “Alvo” LLC, in this case, please send an appropriate notification to the following e-mail: orders@alvo.ge or phone number: +995 32 2 33 30 30.
4. Responsibility of “Alvo” LLC
By purchasing an item on the website of “Alvo” LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions. “Alvo” LLC is not responsible for any damage arising from your violation of the terms and conditions stipulated in the delivery rules.
