Policy on Returns
Terms of unconditional return of products purchased online
Within 14 calendar days, the consumer has the right to return the equipment purchased online to the seller without giving a reason/ground.
This period is calculated:
• In the case of a service contract - from the conclusion of the contract;
• In the case of a purchase contract - from the receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier);
• In the case of a piecemeal order of goods by the consumer - from the receipt of the last item by the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier);
• In the case of a contract for the regular (defined periodicity) delivery of goods - from the first receipt of the item by the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier);
This rule does not apply to legal entities/entrepreneurial entities.
In particular, entrepreneurial entities/legal entities do not have the right to return the item within 1 (one) calendar day.
For individuals, the item is returned under the following conditions:
1. In case of a desire to return, the consumer must fill out an application, which will include the following information:
• Name, actual address, fax number, e-mail address specified by the merchant;
• Order date;
• Order receipt date;
• User name and surname;
• User address;
• Personal identification number;
• User signature (if the form is filled out on paper);
• Date of filling out the form;
2. The application can be forwarded to the e-mail of the remote service of LLC “Alvo”: orders@alvo.ge
3. The trader is obliged to refund the amount paid to the consumer in full, without delay, no later than 14 calendar days from the receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
4. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, the trader has the right to refuse to refund the amount until the goods are returned or the consumer receives a document confirming the shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier, except for the case when the trader himself undertook to take the goods back.
5. The flawless, pre-sale condition of the item will be confirmed by the return point at the moment of handing over the item to the company.
6. Transportation of the item from the return point to the return point must be at the expense of the consumer, namely the consumer himself will reimburse the direct (immediate) costs associated with the return of the goods.
7. The refund will be made in the same form of payment used by the consumer, the refund will be made to the account number of the same person/citizen who made the payment, unless an additional agreement has been concluded between the consumer and the seller.
8. If the item is found to have any initial defects, the customer must use the warranty terms.
9. At the time of return, the customer will be fully reimbursed for the amount paid for the item.
10. The item can only be returned with a full set (accessories, headphones, charger, cables....), and undamaged factory packaging material. Opening the box for the purpose of examining the item will not be considered damage to the box. The customer must also return the accessories, e-vouchers and/or other items received at the time of purchase within the scope of the current promotion that must be returned or exchanged together with the original/returnable device. If the aforementioned items/vouchers cannot be returned, their value will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed to the customer.
11. The terms of return of the item do not apply to items or services whose price does not exceed 30 GEL.
12. The customer must deliver the returned equipment to the return point at an address convenient for him/her after the company confirms the return form.
The following are not eligible for return:
• Item made to order by the customer;
• Opened hygiene items;
• Sealed audio or video recording or software and its seal was broken after delivery;
• “The trader has fully provided the services stipulated in the contract, he began to provide the services with the customer’s prior consent and the customer knew that if he received the services in full, he would lose the right to refuse the contract.”;
!!! For the attention of the customer:
• Carefully check the items upon delivery and confirm by signing the delivery receipt delivered by the courier that: you have received a checked product that does not have any external defects;
• No refund will be given if the customer's item has any physical/external damage, the original box/packaging is damaged (opening the box to inspect the item does not constitute damage to the box) or the product identification/IMEI code has been removed;
• The items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach the seller's warehouse, at which point you bear the risk of damage or loss. Any damage incurred during the return/shipping process to our warehouse is your responsibility. Please ensure that you pack the item securely to avoid any damage to the items or boxes, as this will affect the value of the item and, consequently, our ability to sell the item. It is essential that after purchasing the item: keep receipts, shipping documents and numbers as proof of sending the item to the seller;
